The Marketplace Economy is a content platform for Spectus Ventures, a VC firm that focuses specifically on marketplace businesses. The platform serves as a centralized hub for thought leadership, making the firm's unique insights on marketplace business models accessible to everyone from entrepreneurs and investors to casual readers exploring the space.

As the sole designer and developer for this project, I transformed a well-authored Medium blog into a structured, scalable website. My work spanned the full design and development cycle. I conducted stakeholder research to define project goals and target audiences, designed the complete user experience and interface in Figma, built a comprehensive design system to ensure visual consistency and efficient handoff, and ultimately deployed the site in Framer with a custom CMS that allows Spectus Ventures to publish new content independently. The result is a professional platform that positions Spectus Ventures as a credible voice in marketplace investing.
